Dream of Overthinker

This artwork is a deeply personal reflection, created as part of my art therapy journey. It represents the exploration of a chaotic mind and the profound process of rediscovering myself.
For years, I’ve battled with being a perfectionist and an overthinker, often feeling lost in the endless maze of my own thoughts. This piece captures the intensity of that inner chaos but also celebrates the breakthrough—learning to accept myself as I am and embracing my imperfections.
This is the visual manifestation of my dream as an overthinker, brought to life—a story of transformation, healing, and self-discovery.
